The Elbavoglio Consortium intends promoting tourist activity in the area of Marciana and Marciana Marina, working together for the common good and benefit of those who live and work in this part of the island, therefore our resolution would be:
to increase the number of tourists who come to this area during the course of the whole year, especially during the autumn and winter months. Therefore, it will become the task of the Consortium:
to study the market for tourism, to work out the possible initiatives and try to put them into action;
to carry out direct advertising campaigns to exploit the area and to publicise it at home and abroad, also by taking part in organised fairs, exhibitions, demonstrations and meetings of every kind;
to organise sporting events and competitions, cultural encounters, meetings, fairs and exhibitions, hoping to manage all the relative structures ( gyms, meeting halls and conference centres, sporting facilities, etc.) on a permanent basis either by acquiring the properties or with other agreements;
to partecipate and collaborate with others in private enterprises which are under way and which would increase the Consortium's activity;
to undertake any task which would seem appropriate to increase the number of tourists who come to our area;
to make a study of the sector of the management of the firms which are in common to the members of the Consortium ;
to give help and technical advice to members of the Consortium, encouraging them to improve professionally;
to carry out any project or activity which could satisfy the common needs of the members of the Consortium. |
